LDESP currently offers online courses on Kosovo (KFOR) and Bosnia (BiH Enduring Mission) that are geared to prepare the participants to accomplish the mission of promoting regional stability in these countries.

The LDESP syllabus makes extensive use of lessons learned, draws on the expertise of senior leaders and specialists from various civilian agencies and authorities responsible for stability and peace building, and attempts to build situational awareness concerning events that may impact the peackeeping missions/State Partnership missions in the region.

NEWS UPDATES

The LDESP program also sends out a biweekly news update that includes important political situations in the Balkans, the status of democratic instituitions in these countries, and reports on "security cooperation" efforts between these countries and the US.
