I never received the email to complete Step 2 of the registration process. What should I do?
Please send an email to staff@ldesp.org that includes your name,
email address, and the course(s) you wish to enroll in. The staff will set up your account and
send access instructions to you.
What should I do if I don't remember the password I used in Step 1 of registration?
If you have not completed both Step 1 and Step 2 of the registration process, your account has not
been created. You will need to begin the registration process again here:

I am locked out of my account. What should I do?
If you have completed both Step 1 and Step 2 of the registration process successfully, please send
an email to staff@ldesp.org to ask for assistance. If you have
not completed both Step 1 and Step 2 of the registration process successfully, your account has not
been created and you need to begin the registration process over here:

How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password, username and other account details (if needed) from the "Your Account"
button linked here:

My username/password is being rejected by the system. Why?
Usernames and passwords may only contain letters, numbers, and the dash and underscore characters.
Periods, spaces, and special characters are prohibited.
How do I enroll in a course? Do I need to re-register?
You do not need to re-register. Please send an email to staff@ldesp.org
and specify which course you wish to enroll in. The staff will enroll you.
Where can I find my certificate of completion?
In most courses, certificates of completion can only be downloaded immediately upon receiving a passing score in a
course's Key Concepts Review quiz. If you were unable to download your certificate after receiving a passing score,
please send an email to staff@ldesp.org for assistance. The staff will
verify your passing of the Key Concepts quiz and issue your certificate.
For courses that do not have a Key Concepts Review quiz, certificates can be downloaded from the
"Completion: Phase I" link in the left column of the course.

site. Subscription is limited to soldiers deploying to stability operations
or requesting family members/family support groups.
